The "Body Game" was made a huge success by a group
of amazing women that were open to learning, sharing,
and doing the work! A few of the successes that
students reported were: "I no longer crave junk food",
"I am
loving my body now", "When I look in the mirror I
see a thinner body", "It's easier to make better
food choices and I am aware of what my body is
